Production

Italpiada is synonymous with the tradition of Italian breadmaking: it produces piadine "Le Sfogliate" using only choice ingredients and modern technology, whilst respecting tradition.

The production processes are optimised throughout all stages, thanks to the air-conditioned and hygienically monitored production environments. The food production machinery undergoes continuous maintenance and our fully trained personnel oversees the various production stages, from breadmaking, cooking and, lastly, the cooling stage. Finally, controlled atmosphere packaging (CAP) is carried out using modern lines, supported by all the product quality control systems, right up until the packaged end products which are then sent to all our markets.
