In a hot pan, warm up the piadina for about 1 minute for each side.
Then, before you serve it, add extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and salt.
Enjoy it when it’s still warm as a substitute of bread to be served with cold cuts and cheese.

In a hot pan, quickly warm the piadina on both sides, and then stuff it as you like.
Afterwards fold or roll it up and go on warming it for another minute.
Enjoy it as a snack or as substitute to meal.

Sprinkle the piadina with a thin layer of passata and a spoon of extra virgin olive oil, then add tour favourite ingredients, as mozzarella cheese and oregano.
Put it in a warm oven (180°) for about 3 minutes, or in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes covering it with a lid.
It will be a gorgeous alternative to the classic pizza. |
